Mind My Gap est un projet multimédia de l’artiste/réalisateur/musicien Rosto, mutliprimé pour ses films à Cannes, Annecy, Amsterdam, Clermont-Ferrand, Ottawa, Hiroshima…
Tout a commencé avec quelques chansons rock qui ont d’abord inspiré un roman graphique en ligne, qui a lui même engendré une série de courts métrages, puis de nouvelles chansons. Rosto a travaillé sur ce roman graphique en ligne de 1999 à 2014. Il a toujours eu le projet d’adapter Mind My Gap en un objet physique : une BD ou un roman graphique accompagné de la musique qui a inspiré tout son univers visuel.

Mind My Gap is originally an online graphic novel. Rosto worked on it from 1999 to 2014. He had always had in mind the project of adapting Mind My Gap into a physical object: a comic book or graphic novel containing the songs that inspired his whole visual universe. Just before Rosto’s passing in March 2019, he had completed the mock-up of the 210 pages of the graphic novel Mind My Gap and the recording and mixing of the thirty tracks from the double album Songs From My Gap, of his group Thee Wreckers.
