The Monster of Nix won the Prize for the Best soundtrack awarded by the SACEM at the 2012 Clermont-Ferrand international short film festival.
National release on 5 October 2011. You will be able to discover next Wednesday on the big screen “The Maxi Best-Of of French animation!” : logram & Co.
In the program, 60 minutes of short films French who participated in the most major festivals all over the world, including a film produced by Autour de Minuit, Logorama who lends his name to the program presented by Cinema Public Movies and 2 films distributed by Autour de Minuit : Pixels and Rubik.
Allocinated tells us about Babioles from Mathieu Auvray, director of the short film and the series in production which will soon be released on Canal+. A great opening for the new category Website Short Films.
The Babioles seek contact, like Wall-E, we discover these little creatures in a landfill (do not see here a metaphor with the Earth…), the editors therefore saw, naturally, a link between Mathieu Auvray and Andrew Stanton.

Noticed at festivals for its short films - Plasticat, the ambitious Leviathan and, recently, the strange and fascinating Morana -, Croatian Simon Bogojevic Narath is arguably the most promising author of his generation in the Balkans. Zagreb Fine Arts graduate, he has been working since 1990 on experimental films and video installations. In 1993, he launched into animation and founded FX Interzone, which produces computer graphics videos for television channels. He is currently artistic director of Bonobostudio, specializing in animated short films and experimental films.

La Semaine de la Critique is a parallel section of the Cannes Film Festival created by the French Union of Film Critics in 1962. True to its tradition of discovering new talents, la Semaine presents feature films by first or second-time filmmakers and dedicates a very special spot to short films.
